To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted. Retail coffee is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Wholesale coffee is shipped via Fedex Ground.
Equipment is shipped via FedEx Ground. If you have special overnight shipping needs, give us a call to work out an expedited shipping arrangement.
Please allow extra transit time for orders placed on or just prior to a postal holiday.
Our shipping fees are determined by the item ordered, ad hoc coffee orders do not include free shipping, while coffee subscription orders always include free shipping. Please see item description for details. In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a recycled shipping box.
