The varietals harvested are common to the region, a mixture of Kurume, local landraces, and disease-resistant JARC, but the unique micro climate and growing conditions give these their unique flavor profile.
The Aricha Washing Station processes coffee for several other coffee growing communities in the area. Fans of True North Ethiopians should look forward to this microlot from the sister station of one of our more recent favorites, Bishan Dimo.
