Auto Brew

You'll need these: Bonavita Auto Brewer, Grinder, Gram Scale, Paper Filter.

Step 1

Using spring or filtered water, fill Bonavita water tank to the desired level.

Step 2

Weigh 10 grams of coffee for every water line on the water tank. Grind coffee on Baratza setting 18-22. Adjust grind to be finer for more flavor and acidity, adjust grind to be coarser to create more body and remove any bitterness.

Step 3

Place the paper filter into the brew basket.

Step 4

Rinse the filter, to remove the paper taste.

Step 5

Dump the rinse water.

Step 6

Pour the ground coffee into the brew basket.

Step 7

Place the brew basket on top of the thermal carafe and slide both into the brewer.

Step 8

Press the “Auto” button to brew.

Swirl the brewed coffee. Pour and enjoy.
