One of our favorite micro lots of last year, Jesús Marin, is back for 2022! This pleasant, easy-drinking coffee has smooth, delicious body, and soft acidity like an apple. A perfect choice for that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Cherries are picked and de-pulped every afternoon. After that, the parchment coffee is placed into tanks and dry fermented for 12 hours. After fermentation, the parchment coffee is rinsed thoroughly and placed into the on-site parabolic solar dryer for approximately 15 days.
